Monmouth Leisure Centre

Monmouth Leisure Centre can be found at the North end of the town off St. James Square. It is well sign posted and provides ample parking facilities.

As a dual use site, linked with Monmouth Comprehensive School, the Centre has limited leisure provision during the day and full use of the leisure facilities during the evenings, weekends and holidays.

There is no membership scheme (except for the fitness suite) members of the public are welcome to hire all other facilities.

The Facilities:

• Fitness Suite
  Fully air conditioned and fitted out with the latest Power Sport equipment. Available all hours the leisure centre is open.
• Cafe/Bar
  Fully air conditioned with a beautiful veiw of the Kymin.
• Functions
  We are able to provide somewhere for you to hold functions for up to 800 people.
• Sports Hall
  Activities include Tennis, Basketball, 5-a-side, Badminton and much, much more.
• Dance Studio
  This room is furnished with a wooden floor, mirrors, a ballet bar and has its own independent music system.
• Squash Courts 
  Can accommodate playing singles and doubles.
• Aerobics Room 
  Fully air conditioned, is a versitile function room and fitted with its own Sound System.
• Swimming 
  The pool is 20 meters by 10 meters with a shallow end of 0.90 meters sloping to the deep end of 2.0 meters.
• Sauna 
  The sauna seats 12 people and has a large door for ease of access.
• Astroturf 
  A full sized floodlit pitch which can accommodate Football, Hockey and Lacrosse.
• Multi-play Area
  A fenced, floodlit area that can be used for Tennis, Basketball and Five-a-side.
• Tennis Courts
  One double and one single court fenced in.
• Grass Pitches 
  Includes Rugby pitches, Football pitches, Cricket pitch & Cricket nets.
• Sunbeds 
  1 fast tan and 1 20 minute lie down tan beds.
• Personal Fitness Testing
  Available on request by booking.

Friday 7:30am - 10:15pm
Saturday 8:15am - 5:45pm
Sunday 9:30am - 8:15pm
